摘　　要：虎杖苷是从传统中药虎杖中提取的一种天然药物,本文通过总结近五年有关虎杖苷药理作用的研究,发现其在心肌保护、血管保护、神经保护、保肝、抗糖尿病方面具有显著的药效,但关于虎杖苷药理作用的明确分子机制研究较少,且与之结合的靶蛋白仍未确定,今后关于此方面的研究仍将成为热点。Polydatin is a natural medicine extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix.In this paper,we summarized the research on the pharmacological effects of polydatin in the pastfive years,and found that polydatin has significant effects in myocardial protection,vascular protection,neuroprotection,liver protection and anti-diabetes.However,there are few researches on the molecular mechanism of the pharmacological action of polydatin,and the target protein it binds to has not yet been determined.Research in this area will continue to be a hot topic in the future.
