摘　　要：在我国现代化建设发展过程中,建筑工程质量管理作用突出。严格的工程质量管理不仅有助于保障工程的建设品质,还有助于提高工程的综合效益。然而在建筑工程施工过程中,新技术和新材料的应用越来越多,难免会对建筑工程质量产生一定的影响,再加上原有施工技术的因素,建筑工程中质量通病越来越多。在此背景下,分析了建筑工程质量通病,探讨了产生问题的原因,根据相关问题提出了合适的质量管理方案,以提升建筑工程的建设质量。In the process of the development of China's modernization construction industry,the role of construction quality management is particularly prominent,which not only helps to ensure the construction quality of the project,but also helps to improve the comprehensive benefits of the project.However,in the process of construction engineering,the increasing use of new technologies and materials inevitably has a certain impact on the quality of construction projects.In addition,due to the factors of existing construction technologies,there are more and more common quality problems in construction projects.In this context,common quality problems in construction projects were analyzed,and appropriate quality management plans were proposed based on the reasons to improve the construction effectiveness of construction projects.
