摘 要:在房地产开发项目实施的过程中,不仅要保证工程的品质,还需要加强对成本管理的重视,使房地产企业能够获得较高的经济效益。然而在项目开发的过程中,难免会由于诸多因素的影响而产生一定的问题,导致成本管理水平逐渐下降,造成资金浪费。为解决这一问题,以房地产开发项目全过程成本管理为主要对象,结合实际提出了相关的优化方法,包括前期市场调研、供方管理、招投标管理、验收管理等,以取得较好的经济效益目标。In the process of implementing real estate development projects,it is not only necessary to ensure the quality of the project,but also to strengthen the emphasis on cost management,so that real estate enterprises can obtain higher economic benefits.However,in the process of project development,it is inevitable that certain problems may arise due to various factors,leading to a gradual decline in cost management level and resulting in wastage of funds.To address this issue,the main focus is on cost management throughout the entire process of real estate development projects.Relevant optimization methods have been proposed based on practical considerations,including preliminary market research,supplier management,bidding management,and acceptance management,with the aim of providing some assistance for practical work.
