摘　　要：中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,数字化绿色化协同发展成为这一转向的重要驱动力。数字化赋能绿色化,绿色化牵引数字化,共同开启“双碳”数字化治理新征程、塑造低碳数字新生活、打造绿色数字产业化新生态,推动质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,进而实现高质量发展。数字化绿色化协同发展是一项复杂的工程,也是一个长期的过程。因此,应坚持党的领导,加强数字化绿色化协同发展的顶层设计;加快科技创新,攻克“卡脖子”技术;树立新型理念,营造数字化绿色化协同发展良好氛围;加大资金投入,培育绿色数字人才,用法治为数字化绿色化协同发展护航;并积极参与国际交流合作,增强国际竞争主动权和话语权。China s economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,and the collaborative development of digitalization and greening has become an important driving force for this shift.Digitalization empowers greening,greening pulls digitization,opening the new journey of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality digital governance,shaping a new low-carbon digital life,creating a new ecology of green digital industrialization,which promote the quality change,efficiency change,power change,and thus realize high-quality development.The collaborative development of digitalization and greening is a complex project and a long-term process.Therefore,we should uphold the CPC s leadership,strengthen the top-level design of the collaborative development of digitalization and greening;accelerate scientific and technological innovation,and overcome the“neck”technology;establish a new type of concept,and create a good atmosphere for the collaborative development of digitalization and greening;increase the financial investment,cultivate green digital talents,and use the rule of law for the escort of collaborative development of digitalization and greening;and actively participate in international exchanges and cooperation to strengthen the initiative in international competition and amplify the voice on the international stage.
