摘 要:促进健康消费发展,有助于提升人民健康水平和培育壮大新型消费,是贯彻落实健康中国行动的重要内容。在数字经济快速发展背景下,居民数字金融素养对家庭健康消费具有重要影响。本文将健康消费分为基础型健康消费和发展型健康消费,在测度数字金融素养的基础上,实证检验了数字金融素养对家庭健康消费的影响效果。结果表明:数字金融素养对家庭健康消费有显著的促进作用;数字金融素养通过促进家庭互联网平台的接入、增加自身健康认知水平和提升自我风险防范水平,促进发展型健康消费发展;主客观风险偏好在数字金融素养对家庭健康消费的影响中均存在显著的调节效应。本文的研究结论为促进健康消费发展提供了政策参考,包括提升家庭数字金融素养、转变健康消费理念、重视家庭风险偏好和丰富健康消费供给等。Promoting the development of health consumption helps to improve people s health level and cultivate and expand new consumption,which is a significant content of implementing Healthy China initiative.In the context of the rapid development of digital economy,residents digital financial literacy has an important impact on healthy household consumption.This paper divides health consumption into basic health consumption and developmental health consumption.Based on the measurement of digital financial literacy,this paper empirically tests the impact of digital financial literacy on healthy household consumption.The results show that digital financial literacy has a crucial role in promoting healthy household consumption.Digital financial literacy can promote the development of development-oriented health consumption by improving families access to internet platforms,increasing their own health cognition level and improving their own risk prevention level.Both subjective and objective risk preference have significant moderating effects on the impact of digital financial literacy on healthy household consumption.The research conclusions of this paper provide policy references for promoting the development of health consumption,including improving family digital financial literacy,changing the concept of health consumption,paying attention to family risk preference and enriching the supply of health consumption.
