摘 要:试验旨在探究桑叶1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)对新西兰白兔生长性能、器官指数、抗氧化能力、肠道屏障功能以及肠道炎症因子的影响。选用45日龄、体重相近的健康新西兰白兔36只,随机分为3组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只兔。T_(0)组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,T_(1)组饲喂基础饲粮+1.4 g/kg桑叶DNJ,T_(2)组饲喂基础饲粮+2.8 g/kg桑叶DNJ。预试期1 w,正式试验期4 w。结果显示,与T_(0)组相比,T_(2)组兔平均日增重显著降低(P<0.05);T_(1)组和T_(2)组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),T_(2)组血清谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著增加(P<0.05);T_(1)组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。与T_(0)组相比,T_(2)组兔血清免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)水平显著增加(P<0.05);T_(1)组和T_(2)组兔空肠连接黏附分子2 (JAM2)、连接黏附分子3 (JAM3)、黏蛋白4 (mucin4)、黏蛋白6 (mucin6)的基因表达量显著提高(P<0.05),空肠toll样受体(TLR2)、Toll样受体(TLR4)基因表达量显著降低(P<0.05);T_(2)组兔空肠跨膜蛋白-1 (Claudin1)和跨膜蛋白-2 (Claudin2)基因表达量显著提高(P<0.05)。T_(2)组兔空肠闭合蛋白(Occluding)基因表达量显著高于T_(1)组(P<0.05)。与T_(0)组相比,T_(1)和T_(2)组兔空肠中肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加2.8 g/kg桑叶DNJ会对新西兰白兔的生长性能产生抑制作用,饲粮中添加1.4或2.8 g/kg桑叶DNJ可增强新西兰白兔的免疫性能、抗氧化能力,改善肠道屏障功能。This study aimed to explore the effects of 1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ)derived from mulberry leaves on the growth performance,organ index,antioxidant capacity,intestinal barrier function,and intestinal inflammatory factors in New Zealand white rabbits.A total of 36 healthy New Zealand white rabbits,aged 45 days and with similar body weight,were randomly divided into three groups,with 12 replicates per group and one rabbit per replicate.The group T_(0)(control group)was fed a basic diet,the group T_(1) was fed a basic diet supplemented with 1.4 g/kg mulberry leaf DNJ,and the group T_(2) was fed a basic diet supplemented with 2.8 g/kg mulberry leaf DNJ.The pre-test period was one week and the formal test period was four weeks.The results showed that compared to group T_(0),the average daily weight gain was significantly decreased in group T_(2)(P<0.05).The content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased in groups T_(1) and T_(2)(P<0.05),and the content of serum glutathione(GSH)was significantly increased in group T_(2)(P<0.05).The activity of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)was significantly increased in group T_(1)(P<0.05).Compared to group T_(0),the levels of serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in rabbits were significantly increased in group T_(2)(P<0.05).The expression levels of intestinal jejunum junctional adhesion molecule 2(JAM2),junctional adhesion molecule 3(JAM3),mucin4 and mucin6 genes were significantly increased in groups T_(1) and T_(2)(P<0.05),while the gene expression levels of Toll-like receptor2(TLR2)and Toll-like receptor4(TLR4)were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The gene expression levels of transmembrane proteins Claudin1 and Claudin2 were significantly increased in group T_(2)(P<0.05).The gene expression level of Occludingin the jejunum of rabbits in group T_(2) was significantly higher than that in group T_(1)(P<0.05).Compared with the group T_(0),the levels of inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and C-reactive protein(CR
