饲料桑、桂研1号杂交狼尾草与不同比例全株玉米混合微贮发酵效果的研究

摘  要:试验旨在研究添加不同比例的全株玉米对饲料桑和桂研1号杂交狼尾草混合微贮品质的影响。试验设置1个对照组和3个处理组,全株玉米、饲料桑和桂研1号杂交狼尾草混合比例分别为5∶2.5∶2.5 (Ⅰ组)、6∶2∶2 (Ⅱ组)、7∶1.5∶1.5 (Ⅲ组),对照组(CK组)为饲料桑和桂研1号杂交狼尾草5∶5混合微贮,水分控制在50%,微贮30 d。结果显示,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组感官指标优于CK组,其中以Ⅰ组最优;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的干物质含量显著低于CK组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05);各组水溶性碳水化合物含量差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅰ组显著高于其他组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组的粗蛋白含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维显著高于CK组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组的pH值显著高于其他组(P>0.05),Ⅲ组的乳酸含量显著高于CK组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组的相对饲用价值显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),其中Ⅲ组最低;Ⅲ组的30 h中性洗涤纤维消化率显著低于CK组和Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组的30 h体外干物质消化率显著低于CK组、Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组氯离子含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组镁含量显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加不同比例的全株玉米可以提高饲料桑与桂研1号杂交狼尾草混合微贮品质,以5∶2.5∶2.5的比例效果最佳。The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of adding different proportions of whole-plant corn on the quality of mixed micro-silage of fodder mulberry and GuiYan1 hybrid wolfsbane grass.The experiment was set up one control group and three treatment groups,the whole-plant corn,fodder mulberry,and GuiYan1 hybrid wolfsbane mixed ratio of 5∶2.5∶2.5(GroupⅠ),6∶2∶2(GroupⅡ),7∶1.5∶1.5(GroupⅢ).The control group(CK group)was a mixture of fodder mulberry and GuiYan1 hybrid wolfsbane grass in a 5∶5 proportions,which was micro-silage with the moisture content controlled at 50%for 30 days.The results showed that the sensory indexes of GroupsⅠandⅡwere better than those of group CK,with GroupⅠbeing the best.The dry matter content of GroupsⅡandⅢwas significantly lower than that of the CK group and GroupⅠ(P<0.05).There were significant differences in water-soluble carbohydrates among all groups(P<0.05),with GroupⅠbeing significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05).The crude protein content of GroupⅢwas significantly lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05),and the acid detergent fiber was significantly higher than that of the CK group and GroupⅠ(P<0.05).The pH value of GroupⅡwas significantly higher than that of the other groups(P>0.05),and the lactic acid content of GroupⅢwas significantly higher than that of the CK group(P<0.05).The relative feeding value of GroupⅠwas significantly higher than that of GroupsⅡandⅢ(P<0.05),with GroupⅢwas the lowest.The 30-hour neutral detergent fiber digestibility of GroupⅢwas significantly lower than that of the CK group and GroupⅠ(P<0.05).The 30-hour dry matter digestibility of GroupⅢwas significantly lower than that of the CK group,GroupⅠ,and GroupⅡ(P<0.05).The chloride content of GroupⅢwas significantly lower than that of GroupⅠ(P<0.05).The magnesium content of GroupⅠwas significantly higher than that of GroupⅡ(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of different proportions of whole corn could improve th
