社会资本视角下工程移民女性就业融入研究

摘　　要：后移民时代,工程移民女性作为传统农村向现代化乡村全面振兴转变的典型代表,其就业融入成为自身可持续发展的核心目标。运用社会资本理论,从社会工作视角,结合实地调查,重点考察女性就业融入实践机理可以发现,女性移民就业意愿较为强烈,但其理想就业与现实之间仍存在较大差距,其就业资本面临人力资本、性别分工、移民身份以及社会网络等困境。社会工作通过组织社区活动、小组活动和提供个性化服务,促进了女性移民与他人的社会联系,构建了女性移民社会支持网络。为进一步强化女性移民就业融入网络和保障,可从劳动力人口瞄准、社会工作介入、性别歧视监控和人际网络强化四个方面着手。In the context of the post-migration era,female migrants in engineering projects,as typical representatives of the transition from traditional rural areas to fully revitalized modern villages,face employment integration as a core objective.Utilizing social capital theory and a social work perspective,this study,based on field research,explores the mechanisms underlying the employment integration of female migrants.It reveals that while female migrants have strong employment aspirations,there remains a significant gap between their ideal and actual employment outcomes.Their employment capital is challenged by various factors,including human capital limitations,gender-based division of labor,migrant identity,and social network constraints.Within the framework of social work development,social work interventions,such as organizing community activities,group activities,and providing personalized services,have enhanced the social connections of female migrants and helped build their social support networks.To further strengthen the employment integration network and safeguards for female migrants,efforts should focus on targeting the labor force,social work intervention,monitoring gender discrimination,and reinforcing interpersonal networks.
