摘 要:市政给排水系统中管道的维护、管理都离不开钢筋混凝土检查井。钢筋混凝土检查井的设计大多参考国标06MS201。而在实际生活中,依据标准图集施工的检查井经统计有易渗漏、管井接口易断裂等问题。文章针对检查井结构运营期暴露的问题,以杭州某项目检查井结构为例,建立三维有限元计算模型,探讨不同管道几何参数下检查井井身结构力学性能。计算结果表明:几种不同管道几何参数下井壁受力状态及变化表现不一;管径较小时更容易形成应力集中;交叉角度增大,管顶的应力逐渐减小,而管底的应力逐渐增加;管道距井底板的距离增大,管道的变形程度降低,结构稳定性提高。针对不同因素下井身结构的应力集中现象给出具体的优化设计建议,在设计和施工中针对应力集中或荷载较大位置进行精细化处理,以保证结构的使用年限和使用功能,对施工和设计具有指导意义。The maintenance and management of pipes in municipal water supply and drainage system are inseparable from reinforced concrete inspection Wells.Most of the design of reinforced concrete inspection Wells refer to national standard 06MS201.In practice,according to the statistics of inspection Wells constructed according to the standard atlas,there are problems such as easy leakage and easy fracture of pipe well interface.In this paper,according to the problem of shaft wall exposure in the construction of a project,the mechanical analysis of shaft wall under different design environments is proposed,and the stress state and change of shaft wall under different design environments are obtained.In this way,the fine treatment is carried out in the design and construction aiming at the stress concentration or the position with large load to ensure the service life and function of the structure,which has guiding significance for construction and design.
