摘  要:为探究导致钢结构工程施工安全事故发生的关键人为致因因素,文章收集了我国85起钢结构施工安全事故调查报告,基于此,构建适用于钢结构施工安全事故的人因分析与分类系统(HFACS)模型。此外,采用层次分析法(AHP)对所构建模型中的风险致因因素进行权重计算,确定导致钢结构施工安全事故发生的关键人为致因因素。结果表明:S41工人违规操作、S31工人状况不佳、S42工人技能失误、S22违规监督、S43决策感知错误是导致钢结构施工安全事故发生的关键人为致因因素,最后从人因视角出发提出相应建议,以期降低钢结构施工的安全风险。In order to explore the key human factors that lead to safety accidents in steel structure construction,this article collected 85 investigation reports on steel structure construction safety accidents in China.Based on this,a Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS)model suitable for steel structure construction safety accidents was constructed.In addition,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to calculate the weights of risk factors in the constructed model,and to determine the key human factors that cause safety accidents in steel structure construction.The results showed that the key human factors causing steel structure construction safety accidents were the violation of operation by workers in S41,poor condition of workers in S31,skill errors of workers in S42,violation supervision in S22,and perception errors in S43 decisions.Finally,corresponding suggestions were proposed from the perspective of human factors to reduce the safety risks of steel structure construction.
