摘  要:试验旨在建立分散固相萃取净化结合气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法同时测定宠物食品中24种调味剂含量的方法。样品经乙酸乙酯超声提取,十八烷基键合硅胶(C_(18))、石墨化炭黑(GCB)和无水硫酸镁(MgSO_(4))净化,DB-1701色谱柱分离,多反应监测(MRM)采集,基质匹配外标法定量。结果显示,24种调味剂线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))>0.9960,检出限和定量限范围为0.010~0.511 mg/kg和0.035~1.704 mg/kg,在低、中、高3个浓度水平的加标回收率为72.3%~115.3%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~10.7%(n=6)。研究表明,试验方法前处理操作简单、灵敏度高、方法稳定、抗干扰性强,能够为宠物食品中调味剂的分析测定提供依据。The experiment aimed to establish a method for simultaneous determination of 24 flavors in pet food using dispersive solid-phase extraction(SPE)purification followed by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Samples are extracted using ethyl acetate by ultrasonication and purified using C_(18),graphitized carbon black(GCB)and MgSO_(4).Separation was achieved using a DB-1701 chromatographic column,and quantification was performed using the matrix-matched external standard method with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM).The results showed that the 24 flavoring agents had a good linear relationship with correlation coefficients(r^(2)>0.9960),the ranges of limits of detection and limits of quantitation were expressed in 0.010~0.511 mg/kg and 0.035~1.704 mg/kg,respectively.The recovery rates at three concentration levels(low,medium and high)are 72.3%~115.3%,with relative standard deviations of 0.6%~10.7%(n=6).The study indicates that the experimental method has simple sample preparation steps,high sensitivity,method stability,and strong resistance to interference,providing a basis for the analysis and determination of flavors in pet food.
