基于PSR模型的全域土地综合整治潜力评价——以广东省潮安区为例

摘  要:全域土地综合整治逐渐成为缩小城乡差距、实现乡村振兴的有效手段。本文利用压力-状态-响应模型评价了广东省潮安区全域土地综合整治潜力,并根据三个子系统的关系提出潮安区全域土地综合整治差异化模式和措施。以期为潮安区发展绿色经济、实现乡村振兴提供理论依据。结果表明:潮安区全域土地综合整治压力分值为0.0488~0.1709,空间分布上相对集中;状态分值为0.0697~0.2123,空间分布存在明显的异质性;响应分值为0.007~0.2020,各乡镇分值差异较为明显。The comprehensive land consolidation has gradually become an effective means to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and realize rural revitalization.This paper uses the PSR model to evaluate the potential of the comprehensive land consolidation in Chaoan district,and puts forward the differentiated mode and measures of the comprehensive land consolidation in Chaoan district according to the relationship between the three subsystems.The results show that the pressure score of the comprehensive land consolidation in Chaoan district is 0.0488~0.1709,and the pressure level is relatively concentrated in spatial distribution;the state score is 0.0697~0.2123,and the spatial distribution has obvious heterogeneity;the response score is 0.007~0.2020,and the regional difference is obvious.
