摘 要:加强高职护理专业学生核心素养培养是落实立德树人任务的重要举措,是适应护理岗位工作的迫切需要,是响应健康中国建设的必然要求。根据护理岗位工作需求构建包括高职护理专业学生必备的人文底蕴、交流合作、科学精神等七个方面组成的核心素养指标体系。高职护理专业应从课程体系的构建、课程标准的制定、教学方法和教学评价的改革四个方面加强学生核心素养的培养,以提高学生的综合素质,提升岗位胜任力,增强学生就业竞争力。Strengthening the cultivation of core competencies among nursing students in vocational colleges is an important measure to implement the task of cultivating morality and talents,an urgent need to adapt to nursing work,and an inevitable requirement to respond to the construction of a healthy China.The construction of a core competency indicator system consisting of seven essential aspects for vocational nursing students,including humanistic background,communication and cooperation,and scientific spirit,is based on the job requirements of nursing positions.Vocational nursing majors should strengthen the cultivation of students’core competencies from the following aspects:the construction of curriculum system,the formulation of curriculum standards,the reform of teaching methods and evaluation,in order to improve their comprehensive quality,enhance their job competence as well as their employment competitiveness.
