摘  要:目的总结不同乏燃料贮存方式的技术特点和应用情况,探究干法贮存技术方式开展老化管理的重点。方法结合干法贮存技术应用实例,分析重要结构部件的技术特点,以及安全功能的实现方式,总结重要安全部件和材料的老化机制。结果干法贮存是实现乏燃料中间贮存的成熟技术方式,在工程实践中应制定专门的老化管理计划(AMP),通过老化预防、老化缓解、老化影响检测、安全性能监测等减轻老化影响。结论建议增加乏燃料干法贮存技术产品创新,研制适用于我国核电发展需要的贮存设施或容器产品,并通过开展老化机理研究积累数据,为我国老化管理工作提供技术支持。The work aims to summarize the technical characteristics and application of different spent fuel storage methods and explore the key points of dry storage technology to carry out aging management.The technical characteristics of important structural components and the implementation methods of safety functions were analyzed based on the application examples of dry storage technology and the aging mechanism of important safety components and materials was summarized.Dry storage was a mature technology for intermediate storage of spent fuel.For engineering,a specialized Aging Management Plan(AMP)should be developed to mitigate the effects of aging through measures such as aging prevention,aging mitigation,aging impact testing,and safety performance monitoring.It is recommended to increase the innovation of dry storage technology products for spent fuel,develop suitable storage facilities or containers for the development needs of nuclear power in China and conduct research on aging mechanisms and accumulating data,to provide technical support for aging management work in China.
