摘 要:目的以超大型复合材料包装容器为研究对象,利用ANSYS显示动力学分析,探究复合材料包装箱旋转跌落数值模拟技术。方法基于能量守恒定理,将旋转跌落高度参数转化为旋转跌落角速度参数,作为旋转跌落强度指标;利用ANSYS的LS-DYNA模块,建立基于数值仿真分析方法的复合材料包装容器旋转跌落模型,并对多个旋转跌落工况进行仿真分析。结果研究表明,复合材料包装容器无法承受直接的旋转跌落冲击,需进行缓冲保护;在冲击部位施加硬质橡胶缓冲衬垫,使冲击部位的应力大幅度减小,小于材料本身的许用应力。结论旋转跌落是大型包装容器最容易受到的冲击方式之一,在冲击部位对复合材料容器添加缓冲防护,可实现包装容器旋转棱向跌落和旋转角向跌落的安全。The work aims to investigate the numerical simulation technology for rotational drop of composite packaging container by adopting ANSYS to display dynamic analysis of ultra large composite packaging containers.Based on the law of conservation of energy,the rotation and drop height parameter was converted into the angular velocity parameter of rotational drop as the rotational drop strength index.A rotational drop model for composite material packaging container based on numerical simulation analysis method was established by the LS-DYNA module of ANSYS,and multiple rotational drop conditions were simulated and analyzed.The results indicated that composite packaging containers could not withstand direct rotational drop impacts and required cushioning protection.At the impact site,a hard rubber cushion was applied to substantially reduce the stress,ensuring the stress below the allowable value of the material.Rotational drop represents one of the most susceptible impact modes for large packaging containers.By incorporating cushioning protection at the impact site for composite material containers,the safety can be ensured against both rotational edge drops and rotational angular drops of the packaging containers.
