摘 要:为保证油田伴生气处理后的水露点和烃露点满足交接要求,在梳理各类露点控制技术的基础上,通过模型搭建了三甘醇加J-T阀的工艺流程,测试了不同关键参数变化对露点和总能耗的影响,并在确定优化范围的基础上,完成了参数的持续优化。通过相图、水合物生成线和管道温度压力的变化情况进行了露点校核。结果表明,当伴生气温度降低、贫液循环量下降、再沸器温度降低、富液进塔温度升高,J-T阀前温度升高时,总能耗均有所降低,工艺节能效果越佳;优化后各项工艺参数均有变化,总能耗可从568 kW降低至526 kW,降幅8.63%;外输干气输送过程中未生成水合物和烃类,处于安全运行阶段。研究结果可为油田伴生气处理工艺的节能减排提供理论依据和实际参考。In order to ensure that the water dew point and the hydrocarbon dew point meet the handover requirements after oilfield associated gas treatment,based on the review of various dew point control technologies,the flow of triethylene glycol plus J-T valve has been set up through model,and the influence of changes in different key parameters on dew point and total energy consumption has been tested.Then on the basis of determining the optimization range,the continuous optimization of parameters has been completed.The dew point is checked by the phase diagram,the hydrate formation line and the temperature and pressure of pipeline.The results show that when the temperature of associated gas temperature decreases,the circulation of lean liquid decreases,the temperature of reboiler decreases,the inlet temperature of rich liquid increases,and the temperature of J-T valve increases,the total energy consumption will be less and the energy conservation effect of process will be better.After optimization,all process parameters are changed,and the total energy consumption can be reduced from 568 kW to 526 kW with a decrease of 8.63%.Even more to the point,the hydrates and hydrocarbons haven’t been formed in the process of dry gas transportation,which is in the safe operation stage.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for energy conservation and emission reduction of oilfield associated gas treatment technology.
