摘  要:为避免电潜螺杆泵采油系统因供液不足造成螺杆泵定子橡胶与螺杆泵金属转子发生干磨损坏,进一步提高电潜螺杆泵采油井工作效率,文中在对沉没度与泵效、生产时间关系分析研究的基础上,按照油层渗流特性,利用达西定律计算油层供液能力,预测油井沉没度,最后与井下压力计实测压力数据折算的沉没度进行比较,确定了电潜螺杆泵采油井工作制度的新方法。应用该方法确定的现场100余口电潜螺杆泵采油井工作制度全部符合实际,取得成功率100%、节电率42.9%,泵效平均提高4.17个百分点的良好效果。In order to avoid the fact that the oil production system of electric submersible screw pump is not enough liquid supply caused by the screw pump rubber stator rubber and metal rotor and further improve the efficiency,new method for determining the working system of electric submersible screw pump for oil production well has been established based on the analysis and research of the relationship between submergence degree,pump efficiency,and production time.According to the permeability characteristics of oil layer,using Darcy's law,the oil supply capacity of oil layer is calculated and the submersible of oil well is predicted.Finally,a new method for determining the working system of oil production well with electric submersible screw pumps is compared with the degree of submergence converted from the measured pressure data of downhole manometers.The working system of more than 100 electric submersible screw pump oil wells determined by this method on site is in line with reality,which achieves a success rate of 100%,a power saving rate of 42.9%and an average improvement of 4.17 percentage points in pump efficiency.
