摘 要:针对抽油机井用无线示功仪拆卸困难、检测效率低下的问题,提出一种基于激光测距和光杆形变的无线功图仪校准方法。首先利用相位式激光测距模块与纳米涂层反射板相结合,利用光波相位测量法计算位移值,然后利用弹性应变计和抽油机井光杆形变与载荷值变化量的数学模型计算载荷值,利用高速数字信号处理技术,将两种参数进行整合,结合加密传输技术形成标准示功图,利用带专用数据接口的检测软件,对比分析被检无线示功仪的载荷、位移平均值,功图面积符合率,出具检测报告,实现无线示功仪的现场校准。结果表明:用这种新方法进行检测可以避免拆卸示功仪,为用户降低仪器拆卸送检对生产的影响,减少了拆卸示功仪造成的人力、物力、财力的浪费,降低了仪表拆卸过程中人员、仪器损坏的风险。In view of the problems of disassembly difficulty and low detection efficiency of wireless power graph instruments used in pumping wells,the calibration method for wireless power graph instruments based on laser ranging and optical rod deformation has been put forward.Firstly,the phase laser ranging module is combined with a nano coated reflector plate,and the displacement values are calculated by using the optical wave phase measurement method.Then,the load values are calculated through using an elastic strain gauge and a mathematical model of the optical rod deformation and load value variation for pumping well.Using high speed digital signal processing technology has integrated the two parameters,and the encrypted transmission technology is used to form a standard indicator diagram.Using detection software with a dedicated data interface,the average load and displacement values of the tested wireless indicator are compared and analyzed,and the compliance rate of the work diagram area is obtained.The detection report is issued to achieve on-site calibration of the wireless indicator.The results show that using this new method for testing can avoid disassembling the indicator,reduce the impact of instrument disassembly and inspection on production for users,reduce the waste of manpower,material resources,and financial resources caused by disassembling the indicator,and reduce the risk of personnel and instrument damage during the instrument disassembly process.
