摘 要:由于油田生产系统节能核算方法不完善,集输系统节能评估缺少完善的标准体系依据及综合能效评价方法。针对此问题,结合集输系统的能效水平现状、实际工况特点,通过建立新型能效评价指标体系、集输系统能耗及能效评价数学模型,制定多指标综合加权的集输系统能耗及能效评价方法,从而实现对集输系统整体能耗管理水平进行综合评价,为挖掘节能潜力提供指导依据。经过现场实践,集输站场内掺水泵、加热炉最高节能率分别可达22.28%和43.72%,能效综合评价等级由中提高至良。Due to the incomplete accounting method for energy conservation in oilfield production system,there is a lack of perfect standard basis and comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation method for energy conservation assessment of gathering and transportation system.In response to this issue,based on the current energy efficiency level and actual operating characteristics of the gathering and transportation system,the multi-index comprehensive weighted energy consumption and efficiency evaluation method for the gathering and transportation system is formulated through establishing a new energy efficiency evaluation index system,energy consumption of gathering and transportation system and mathematical model of efficiency evaluation,which achieves the comprehensive evaluation of the overall energy consumption management level and provides the guidance for tapping into energy conservation potential.After on-site practice,the maximum energy conservation rate of the water blending pump and heating furnace in the gathering and transportation station can reach 22.28%and 43.72%respectively,and the comprehensive evaluation levels of energy efficiency have increased from medium to good.
