摘 要:为降低联合站的综合能耗和碳排放量,在站内工艺负荷统计分析的基础上,构建了基于地热资源利用的节能工艺流程。采用HYSYS软件搭建了模拟流程,通过直接换热和有机朗肯循环工艺分别完成供热、供电流程,分析不同循环发电工质对系统指标的影响,最后进行了节能效果评价。结果表明:伴生气用热是该站的主要用能形式,用热负荷占总负荷的98.8%;热源温度在95℃以下时,应采用R134工质,热源温度在95℃以上时,应采用R600a工质;当蒸发器的㶲损达到最大时,可从增大蒸发器面积、优化管程排列方式、选用导热性能良好的材料、定期进行清洗维护等方面降低㶲损,提高㶲效率。该系统可以满足站内用热负荷需求,也能满足大部分用电负荷需求,可实现站场的绿色、低碳运行,全年可节约燃料气443×10^(4) m^(3),节电量47.5×10^(4) kWh,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益。In order to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption and carbon emissions of the combined station,based on the statistical analysis of the process load in the station,the energy conservation process has been constructed through the utilization of geothermal resources,and the HYSYS software has been used to build a simulation process.The heating and power supply processes have been completed through direct heat transfer and organic Rankine cycle processes respectively,and the influence of different cycle power generation working mediums on system indicators has been analyzed.Finally,the energy conservation effect has been evaluated.The results show that the heat utilization of associated gas is the main energy consumption form of the station,and the heat load accounts for 98.8%of the total load.When the heat source temperature is below 95℃,R134 working medium will be used,while R600a working medium will be used when the heat source temperature is above 95℃.When the exergic loss of evaporator is up to the greatest,the exergic loss and exergic efficiency will be decreased by increasing the evaporator area,optimizing pipe arrangement,selecting materials with good thermal conductivity,and conducting regular cleaning and maintenance.The system can not only meet the demand of heat load in the station,but also can meet the most demand of electricity load,which can realize the green and low-carbon operation of the station.The annual fuel gas can be saved by 443×10^(4) m^(3) and the power saving can be saved by 47.5×10^(4) kWh,with good economic and environmental benefits.
