摘  要:This study investigates the moderating role of educational training on the relationship between leadership styles and job performance in Shanghai’s public and private educational sectors,employing a random sampling survey methodology.The findings highlight the significance of educational training as a critical factor that moderates leadership effectiveness,offering valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to optimize workforce performance and foster evidence-based strategies to enhance leadership practices and educational outcomes.
