摘　　要：当前,高职自动化类专业学生面临着严峻的就业压力,就业形势不容乐观。一方面,用人单位要求毕业生拥有丰富的实践经验和专业素养。然而,毕业生普遍缺乏专业实践经验,无法满足用人单位需求。另一方面,毕业生就业创业定位不准,参与社会实践较少,职业素养不高,缺少就业创业的认知和应对方法。因此,加快融合 “岗课赛证”,强化综合技能训练,提升职业素养,建立健全激励措施和机制,促进就业创业内涵式发展刻不容缓。At present,vocational college students majoring in automation are facing severe employment challenges,and the employment situation is not optimistic.On the one hand,employers require graduates to have rich practical experience and professional competence.However,graduates generally lack professional practical experience and cannot meet the needs of employers.On the other hand,graduates have inaccurate positioning for employment and entrepreneurship,participate in few social practices,lack professional quality,and are devoid of cognition and coping methods for employment and entrepreneurship.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the integration of"Job-Curriculum-Competition-Certification",strengthen comprehensive skill training,enhance professional quality,establish and improve incentive measures and mechanisms,and promote connotative development of employment and entrepreneurship.
