摘  要:煤矸石废渣和赤泥是具有重大环境挑战和生态破坏风险的固体弃物,通过渗滤液造成环境污染。本研究旨在探索有效利用煤矸石废渣、赤泥和稻壳来制造保温砖的可能性,研究考察了砖块的物理特性,考虑了煤矸石废渣和稻壳的粒径差异、煤矸石废渣与赤泥比例、烧结温度和稻壳用量等因素。通过加入稻壳,这些砖块的隔热性能可以得到有效提升。通过将废弃物纳入制造过程,这种方法促进了废物管理的经济循环,有助于推动可持续发展。Coal gangue waste residues and red mud are solid wastes with major environmental challenges and ecological damage risks worldwide,which cause environmental pollution through leachate.The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of effectively using coal gangue waste slag,red mud and rice husk to make in-sulation bricks.The physical properties of bricks are investigated,the particle size difference of coal gangue waste slag and rice husk,the ratio of coal gangue waste slag to red mud,firing temperature and the amount of rice husk are taken into account.By adding rice husks,the insulation properties of these bricks can be effec-tively improved.By incorporating waste into the manufacturing process,this approach promotes the economic cycle of waste management,helping to advance the principles of sustainable development.
