摘  要:本文研究了三(1,3-二氯异丙基)磷酸酯(TDCPP)作为锂离子电池电解液的阻燃添加剂在锂离子电池安全性方面的潜能。本文首先通过自熄时间和自蔓延速率探究了室温下TDCPP的阻燃性能,随后进一步通过定制的实验系统研究了TDCPP在电解液高温下对喷射点燃特性的影响。结果表明:在室温下,当TDCPP的含量(质量分数)达到40%时可控制燃烧火焰不蔓延;在高温时,随着TDCPP含量的增加,电解液可燃温度点也在同步上升,电解液的点燃延迟时间也会随之延长;此外喷射时间对环境温度的影响比TDCPP阻燃剂更为显著。综上,TDCPP有助于提升锂离子电池电解液的安全性。The possibility of using tris(1,3-dichloroisopropyl)phosphate(TDCPP)as a flame retardant addition to lithium-ion battery electrolytes for lithium-ion battery safety was investigated in this research.In this paper,the self-extinguishing time(SET)and self-propagating rate(SPR)were used to examine the flame retardancy of TDCPP at room temperature.And then,a specially designed experimental apparatus was used to investigate how TDCPP affected the jet igniting characteristics of electrolyte at high temperatures.The results show that when the content of the TDCPP(mass fraction)reaches 40%at room temperature,the combustion flame cannot spread.The combustible temperature point of the electrolyte and the ignition delay time of the electrolyte both rise synchronously at high temperatures with an increase in the TDCPP content.Additionally,compared to TDCPP flame retardant,injection time has a more substantial impact on ambient temperature.In conclusion,TDCPP increases the safety of lithium ion batteries at both room temperature and high temperatures.
