摘 要:锂离子电池行业的飞速发展对正极材料烧结用匣钵的综合性能与经济效益提出了更高的要求。本文介绍了锂离子电池正极材料在生产中常用的石墨匣钵、铝硅镁质匣钵的成分与生产工艺,重点介绍了铝硅镁质匣钵的主要晶相以及不同晶相性质。针对实际应用场景,本文阐述了匣钵的性能需求和腐蚀机理,考量了生产过程的经济效益,综述了匣钵性能改进策略的研究进展,在匣钵材料的制备、匣钵生产工艺的改进等方面进行了展望。The rapid development of lithium-ion battery(LB)industry has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive performance and economic benefits of the saggars used for sintering cathode materials.In this paper,the composition and manufacturing process of graphite saggars and alumina-silica-magnesia(ASM)saggars widely used in the production of cathode materials for LBs are introduced,with emphasis on the main crystal phases in ASM saggars and the properties of various phases.Considering practical application scenarios,the performance requirements,corrosion mechanisms,and economic benefits of the saggars are elaborated in this paper.The research advances on enhancing the performance of saggars are reviewed,and the outlook was carried out in the research prospects of preparing saggar materials and modifying saggar manufacturing process.
