基于超声波钻孔电视的深部岩体体积节理数的计算方法及其工程应用

摘  要:未经开挖的深部工程岩体质量评价长期以来都是国内外工程地质与岩体力学领域的重要科学问题,当工况无法满足现场波速试验条件时,如何利用体积节理数评价岩体的完整程度,成为准确评价深部工程岩体质量的关键。本次研究基于超声波钻孔成像技术,提出了一种通过图像测井数据获取J_v的计算方法——钻孔透视法:根据节理的位置、方位角等信息,推演单位体积中节理与钻孔的相对位置,据此将节理分为4种类型,从而分别计算节理数并求和,得到对应深度下的J_v值。将钻孔透视法应用于山东省潍坊市昌乐县某矿区内钻孔HHZK的深部岩体J_v的计算,结合岩芯点荷载试验估算岩石饱和单轴抗压强度R_c,使用BQ法对该地区深部工程岩体质量进行定量化评价。研究结果表明:钻孔HHZK深部岩体按照BQ法分级,主要分为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级,34~150 m的Ⅲ、Ⅳ级岩体主要为碎裂黑云斜长片麻岩、花岗斑岩以及花岗闪长岩等;150~400 m的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级岩体主要为花岗岩、脉状混合岩、构造角砾岩以及混合片麻岩等。研究结果为当地矿山开采和地质环境治理提供了岩体质量评价数据支撑,同时也验证了该方法的适用性和可靠性。The quality evaluation of deep underground engineering rock mass without excavation has always been a focus problem in the worldwide area of engineering geology and rock mechanics.When the site conditions cannot meet the wave velocity test requirements,how to use the rock mass volume joint count to evaluate the integrity of rock mass becomes the key to accurately evaluate the quality of deep engineering rock mass.Based on the ultrasonic borehole imaging technology,a calculation method of determining J v through borehole image logging data was put forward,which is named the borehole perspective method.According to the positions and azimuth of joints,the relative position between joints and a borehole in a unit volume is deduced,and the joints can be divided into four types,so that the total sum of joint numbers of four types is calculated correspondingly,and then the J v value at the corresponding depth is obtained.The borehole perspective method is applied to the J v calculation of the deep rock mass revealed by the borehole HHZK in the open-pit stone mining area of Changle County,Weifang City,Shandong Province.The saturated uniaxial compressive strength R c of the rock core is calculated with the test results of field point load strength tests,and the BQ method is used to evaluate the quality of the deep engineering rock mass in this area.The results show that the deep rock mass revealed by the borehole HHZK,which is classified by using the BQ method,is mainly categorized into ratingsⅡ,Ⅲ,andⅣ.The ratingⅢandⅣrock masses at the depth of 34~150 m are mainly biotite plagioclase gneiss,granite porphyry,and granodiorite.The ratingⅡ,Ⅲ,andⅣrock masses at the depth of 150~400 m are mainly granite,vein migmatite,structural breccia,and migmatite gneiss.The research results provide data support for rock mass quality evaluation for local mining development and geological environment treatment,which also verify the applicability and reliability of this method.
