摘  要:从地球观测,到太空观测,再到载人探测,400多年来人类对行星的探索脚步从未停止。21世纪以来,全球进入第二轮国际行星探测热潮,我国行星探测事业蓬勃发展,未来探测任务密集有序,针对未来我国月球科研站/基地建设、小行星和火星取样、载人登月等任务需求,提出了行星工程地质学的定义和研究内容,凝练了目前行星探测中面临的主要工程地质问题:行星土壤物理力学特性,行星科研站/基地工程地质选址,行星人类移居,行星资源勘查与开采方法;指出了需要发展的相关行星地质工程技术:行星工程地质特性原位测试技术,行星取样与封装技术,行星表面行走技术,羽流与行星表面作用评价与控制技术,行星采矿技术。最后指出发展行星工程地质学,应开展多学科交叉融合,重视发展人工智能与机器人工程技术,加快发展行星极端环境条件下多尺度测试技术,培养行星工程地质人才,促进学科可持续发展。From ground-based observation to space exploration and manned missions,humanity's exploration of planets has persisted for over 400 years.Since the 21st century,the world has entered a second wave of international planetary exploration enthusiasm.China's planetary exploration program has flourished,with an intensive and well-ordered series of missions planned for the future.These missions include the construction of lunar scientific research stations/bases,asteroid and Mars sampling,and manned lunar landings.In response to these mission requirements,the concept and research scope of planetary engineering geology have been proposed.This discipline addresses key engineering geological challenges in planetary exploration,such as the physical and mechanical properties of planetary soils,the geological site selection for planetary scientific research stations/bases,planetary human habitation,and methods for planetary resource exploration and extraction.Key planetary geological engineering technologies that need development include in-situ testing techniques for planetary engineering geological properties,planetary sampling and packaging technologies,planetary surface mobility technologies,evaluation and control technologies for plume-surface interaction,and planetary mining technologies.Finally,the paper highlights the importance of fostering interdisciplinary integration,emphasizing the development of artificial intelligence and robotic engineering technologies,accelerating advancements in multi-scale testing technologies under extreme planetary environments,training talent in planetary engineering geology,and promoting the sustainable development of the discipline.
