摘　　要：目的探讨蓝芩口服液联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎心脾积热证的有效性及安全性。方法采用随机对照方法将2021年1月至2022年12月于河南省儿童医院治疗并符合标准的120例患儿分为对照组和治疗组,各60例。对照组接受重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂(假单胞菌),治疗组在对照组的基础上接受蓝芩口服液口服,疗程5 d。以两组患儿临床疗效、退热时间、咽痛消失时间、疱疹消失时间及中医证候总积分进行有效性评价,以药物不良反应进行安全性评价。结果与对照组相比,治疗组更能有效缩短疱疹性咽峡炎患儿退热时间、咽痛消失时间、疱疹消失时间及改善中医证候,治疗过程中未出现严重不良反应。结论蓝芩口服液联合重组人干扰素α-2b可提高疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的临床疗效,优于单用重组人干扰素α-2b,且安全性好,值得采用。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of Lanqin oral liquid combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b in the treatment of heart and spleen heat accumulation syndrome in children with herpetic angina.Methods A random and controlled method was used to divide 120 children who met the standards and were treated at Henan Provincial Children’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 into a control group and a treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received recombinant human interferonα-2b spray(Pseudomonas),the treatment group received Lanqin oral liquid on the basis of the control group,with a course of 5 days.Clinical efficacy of two groups of pediatric patients,including fever relief time,pharyngeal pain disappearance time,herpes disappearance time,and total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were evaluated,and the safety based on adverse drug reactions were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group could more effectively shorten the time for fever relief,pharyngeal pain disappearance,herpes disappearance,and improved traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in children with herpetic angina,and there were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment process.Conclusion The combination of Lanqin oral liquid and recombinant human interferonα-2b can improve the clinical efficacy of children with herpetic angina,which is superior to using recombinant human interferonα-2b alone,with good safety and worth adopting.
