摘　　要：目的探讨男性性欲与阴茎敏感度之间的相关性。方法2021年1—10月从郑州大学第一附属医院男科门诊收集了91例患者的临床资料,这些患者均以性欲减退为主诉或伴有性欲减退症状前来就诊。对患者应用13项男性性欲问卷量表进行性欲评分,采用阴茎振动感觉阈值(VPT)测定法评判阴茎敏感度,按照性欲评分把患者分成性欲低下组与性欲正常组,比较两组患者VPT。对性欲评分与VPT进行相关性分析,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估VPT对性欲低下的诊断价值。结果性欲低下组42例,性欲正常组49例。性欲低下组龟头平均VPT高于性欲正常组(P=0.003),性欲低下组的阴茎体VPT也高于性欲正常组(P=0.003)。性欲评分与龟头VPT呈负相关(r=-0.23,P=0.028),性欲评分也与阴茎体VPT呈负相关(r=-0.28,P=0.008)。龟头VPT的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.657,当截断值取3.875 V时,灵敏度为71.4%,特异度为52.4%;阴茎体VPT的AUC为0.682,当截断值取3.412 V时,灵敏度为75.5%,特异度为54.8%。结论性欲低下者龟头及阴茎体的敏感度均低于性欲正常者。性欲与阴茎敏感度呈正相关,性欲越低的患者阴茎敏感度越低。龟头及阴茎体VPT测定有助于临床上对性欲低下患者的鉴别诊断。Objective To explore the correlation between male sexual desire and penile sensitivity.Methods From January to October 2021,the clinical data of 91 patients from the Andrology Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected.All of these patients came to see the doctor with the main complaint of hypolibido or accompanied by symptoms of hypolibido.The 13-item male sexual desire questionnaire was used to evaluate the sexual desire score of the patients,and the vibrating perception threshold(VPT)method was used to evaluate the penile sensitivity.According to the sexual desire score,the patients were divided into a low sexual desire group and a normal sexual desire group,and the VPT of the two groups was compared.The correlation between sexual desire score and VPT was analyzed,and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of VPT for hypoactive sexual desire disorder.Results There were 42 in the low sexual desire group and 49 in the normal sexual desire group.The average VPT of the glans in the low sexual desire group was higher than that in the normal sexual desire group(P=0.003),and the average VPT of the penis shaft in the low sexual desire group was also higher than that in the normal sexual desire group(P=0.003).The sexual desire score was negatively correlated with the glans VPT(r=-0.23,P=0.028),and the sexual desire score was also negatively correlated with the penile shaft VPT(r=-0.28,P=0.008).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of the glans VPT was 0.657.When the cut-off value was 3.875 V,the sensitivity was 71.4%,and the specificity was 52.4%.The AUC of the penile shaft VPT was 0.682.When the cut-off value was 3.412 V,the sensitivity was 75.5%,and the specificity was 54.8%.Conclusion The sensitivity of the glans and penis shaft of the low sexual desire are lower than those of the normal sexual desire.Sexual desire is positively correlated with penile sensitivity,and patients with lower sexual desire have lower penile sensit
