摘　　要：目的探究跟骨内固定法对粉碎性跟骨骨折患者的治疗效果。方法选择开封市祥符区第一人民医院在2020年6月至2023年6月接收的86例粉碎性跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式将其分为试验组(43例)和参照组(43例)。参照组患者接受传统石膏外固定法治疗,试验组患者接受跟骨内固定法治疗。比较两组粉碎性跟骨骨折患者的临床治疗效果。结果试验组患者开始锻炼时间、下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组的足踝功能、复位质量、生活质量评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对粉碎性跟骨骨折的患者采用跟骨内固定法治疗,可显著缩短患者的术后恢复时间,促进骨折愈合,降低其术后并发症发生率,改善患者足踝功能,提高其复位质量。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of calcaneal internal fixation on patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture.Methods A total of 86 patients with comminced calcaneal fracture admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Xiangfu District of Kaifeng City from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into experimental group(43 cases)and reference group(43 cases)according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with traditional plaster external fixation,and the observation group was treated with internal fixation of calcaneus.The clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture was compared.Results The time of starting exercise,getting out of bed and fracture healing in experimental group were shorter than those in reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).The scores of ankle function,quality of reduction and quality of life in experimental groups were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcaneal internal fixation for patients with comminuted calcaneal fracture can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,promote fracture healing,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the ankle function of patients and improve the quality of reduction.
