摘 要:目的探究节点控制优化管理对消毒供应中心复用器械清洗质量的影响。方法将新乡医学院第一附属医院消毒供应中心2021年12月至2022年3月对369套复用器械实施常规管理作为常规组,2022年4—8月对425套复用器械采取节点控制管理作为节点组。比较两组复用器械管理过程规范情况、复用器械清洗灭菌效果、复用器械外观情况、复用器械过期和发放错误率、工作人员使用满意程度。结果节点组各环节管理过程中不规范情况少于常规组,清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌合格率均高于常规组(P<0.05)。节点组复用器械外观情况优于常规组(P<0.05)。节点组复用器械过期、发放错误率少于常规组(P<0.05)。节点组工作人员使用满意程度优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论节点控制优化管理能够有效规范复用器械的管理流程,提高复用器械的清洗消毒质量,改善其外观质量,提高工作人员满意度,具有较高的可行性,应用价值显著。Objective To explore the influence of node control optimization management on cleaning quality of reusable instruments in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 369 sets of reusable instruments receiving routine management from December 2021 to March 2022 in disinfection supply center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were taken as routine group,and 425 sets of reusable instruments adopting node control management from April to August 2022 were included in node group.The two groups were compared in terms of the standardization of management process of reusable instruments,the cleaning and sterilization effect of reusable instruments,the appearance of reusable instruments,the expiration rate and distribution error rate of reusable instruments and use satisfaction degree of staff.Results The non-standardization conditions during each link management process in node group were less than those in routine group,and the qualified rates of cleaning,disinfection,packaging and sterilization were higher than those in routine group(P<0.05).The appearance of reusable instruments was better in node group than that in routine group(P<0.05).The expiration rate and delivery error rate of reusable instruments in node group were lower compared with those in routine group(P<0.05).The use satisfaction degree of staff in node group was better than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Node control optimization management can effectively standardize the management process of reusable instruments,enhance the cleaning disinfection quality of reusable instruments,improve the appearance quality,and increase the staff satisfaction degree.It has high feasibility and significant application value.
