规范化流程护理对骨折儿童术后疼痛感及康复状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化流程护理对骨折儿童的临床效果,观察其术后恢复情况。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月郑州大学附属儿童医院/河南省儿童医院/郑州儿童医院收治的80例骨折患儿,根据随机数字表法分成对照组(40例,接受常规护理)与研究组(40例,在常规护理基础上接受规范化流程护理),对比疼痛评分、治疗依从性、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比,研究组患儿术后当天及术后3 d疼痛评分均较低(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗依从性较高(P<0.05);研究组患儿生活质量评分较高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组患儿并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论在儿童骨折护理中采取规范化流程护理可减轻其术后疼痛感,减少并发症的发生,可促使患儿术后机体的康复并改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of standardized process nursing on children with fractures and observe their postoperative recovery.Methods A total of 80 children with fracture admitted to Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University/Henan Children’s Hospital/Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases,received routine nursing)and study group(40 cases,received standardized process nursing based on routine nursing),and the pain score,treatment compliance,quality of life score and the incidence of complications were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the pain scores of the study group were lower on the day of surgery and 3 days after surgery(P<0.05),the treatment compliance of children in the study group was higher(P<0.05),the children’s quality of life score in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting standardized process nursing in children’s fracture nursing can reduce their postoperative pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,promote the recovery of children’s body after operation and improve their quality of life.
