摘　　要：本文对济南市团体标准《不动产(房产类)测绘技术规范》进行了深入分析和探讨,首先,简要介绍了不动产测绘的概念;其次,对该规范中涉及的主要创新点进行详细的分析和探讨,包括术语、边长精度、房产调查和特定部位的面积计算等;最后,对该规范的进一步完善提出了意见建议,以期对不动产测绘的发展起到积极作用。This paper performs an in-depth research and discussion on the Ji'nan social organization standard Technical Specification for Real Estate(House Property)Surveying and Mapping.Firstly,it briefly introduces the concept of real estate surveying and mapping.Secondly,it detailedly studies and discusses the main innovative points involved in the specification,including terms,accuracy of side length,real estate surveying,and area calculation of the specific parts.Finally,it puts forward some useful suggestions for further improvement of the specification to provide a positive role in the development of real estate surveying and mapping.
