摘　　要：测绘产品质量关系到各项工程建设的质量和安全,经济社会规划决策的科学性、准确性,以及国家主权、利益和国防安全。本文梳理测绘产品生产、管理的关键环节,识别提取各环节影响测绘产品质量的主要因素和内容,并将其作为指标,对指标的重要程度进行了评估和分析,以期为测绘单位质量提升提供借鉴和帮助。The quality of surveying and mapping products is related to the quality and safety of various projects,the scientificity and accuracy of economic and social planning and decision-making,and the national sovereignty,interests and national defense security.This paper identifies and extracts the main element and contents that affect the quality of surveying and mapping products in each step as evaluation indicators by summarizing the key steps in the production and management of surveying and mapping products,it evaluates the importance of these indicators,and analyzes the resulting ordination to provide guidance and help for the quality improvement by surveying and mapping agencies.
