摘　　要：为了提高基于调频广播的北斗导航地基增强系统(BDS-CDRadio)精准定位技术在海洋领域中的应用效果,本文聚焦BDS-CDRadio精准时空技术,通过综合评估海洋测绘和海洋环境监测等领域的需求,建设“陆地-海上”北斗地基增强基站,并基于中国数字音频广播(CDRadio)技术,将北斗地基增强系统高精度修正数据“寄生”于调频广播频道内,向沿海海域播发,向其提供高精度数据服务。测试结果显示,BDS-CDRadio技术为近海高精度定位服务提供了一种新的解决方案。In order to fully utilize the precise spatio-temporal technology of Beidou Navigation Satellite System-China Digital Radio(BDS-CDRadio)in the marine areas,this paper focuses on the analysis of the precise spatio-temporal technology of BDS-CDRadio,uses the method of constructing a"land-sea"Beidou ground-based enhanced base station by comprehensively evaluating the needs of marine surveying and environmental monitoring to provide broadcasting and high-precision correction data services to coastal waters by China Digital Radio(CDRadio)technology,and parasiting the high-precision correction data of Beidou ground-based enhancement on multiple frequencies and systems in the FM radio channel.It concluded from testing that BDS CDRadio technology can provide a new solution for high-precision positioning services in offshore areas.
