摘 要:为了解决传统土地收储管理中存在的业务信息冗余、项目进度跟踪困难和资金监控不足等问题,本文提出了利用二三维一体化GIS技术开发土地收储管理系统的建设思路,阐述了二三维一体化GIS技术,系统建设思路、框架设计、数据库和功能实现等内容。系统实现了有效整合土地收储二维和三维数据资源,实现了土地收储成果的二三维一体化展示和查询统计,土地收储项目的“业务流”管理和“资金流”监控,极大地提高了土地收储管理的效率和精确性,让土地收储管理更加信息化、科学化和精细化。In order to solve the problems existed in traditional land acquisition and storage management,such as redundant information,project tracking difficulties and insufficient monitoring fund,this paper puts forward the construction idea of developing land acquisition and storage management system by using 2D-3D GIS integrated technology.It illustrates the menioned GIS integrated technology,system construction ideas,framework design,database and function realization.The system has been implemented effectively integrates 2D-3D GIS data resources of land acquisition and storage,and realizes both their integrated displaying and querying in 2D-3D GIS,and their"business flow"management and"capital flow"monitoring.The mentioned idea has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of land acquisition and storage management,and made land acquisition and storage management more information-based,scientific and refined.
