摘  要:研究目的:为帮助国内相关技术人员深入理解欧盟标准体系中铁路线间距的计算方法,对欧盟铁路互通性技术规范(TSI)、欧洲铁路线间距有关的系列标准(EN 15273-1/2/3)进行研究;总结欧盟技术标准体系下线间距计算的一般思路,提炼欧盟铁路线间距计算方法的关键点,并针对具体案例,基于欧盟标准体系给出线间距的计算流程及结果。研究结论:(1)欧盟标准中铁路线间距确定思路为先基于限界计算方法进行计算,并与欧盟铁路系统互联互通系列技术规范(TSI)进行对比,以确定最小设计值;(2)对应于铁路限界类别,欧盟技术标准中将线间距分为“校核极限线间距”“安装极限线间距”“名义线间距”三类,分别对应不同用途,新建及改建线路设计值一般采用“名义线间距”;(3)与我国关于铁路线间距的研究成果一致,当速度目标值较高时,线路最小名义线间距的选取已不再受限于基本限界尺寸,空气动力学效应成为其决定因素;(4)本研究成果对欧洲标准铁路项目线间距的计算及国内铁路设计具有借鉴意义。Research purposes:In order to help relevant domestic technical personnel deeply understand the calculation method of railway distance between track centers in the EU standard system,the technical specifications for interoperability of the rail system in the EU(TSI)and the European railway gauges standards(EN 15273-1/2/3)are studied,and the common rules for the calculation of the distance between track centers in the EU technical standard system are summarized,the key points of the calculation method are refined,and according to the specific case,the calculation process and result of distance between track centers based on the EU standard system are given.Research conclusions:(1)The process of determining distance between track centers in the EU standard is that the calculation is first based on the gauge calculation method,and then compared with the TSI in order to determine the minimum design value.(2)Corresponding to the category of railway guages,the EU technical standards classify the distance between track centers into three categories:‘verification limit distance between centres’,‘installation limit distance between centres’,‘nominal distance between centres’,and‘nominal distance between centres’is generally adopted for new and reconstructed lines.(3)Consistent with the research results of railway distance between track centers in China,when the design speed is high,the selection of distance between track centers is no longer limited by the basic guage size,and the aerodynamic effect becomes its determining factor.(4)This research result can be used as reference for calculation of distance between track centers of European standard railway projects and domestic railway design.
