摘　　要：建设未成年人检察社会支持体系是实现未成年人综合保护的有效途径。妇联组织依法依章程承担着参与未成年人保护工作的职责。全国妇联通过与最高检建立合作机制,明确了妇联组织参与未检社会支持体系建设的路径和内容,促使其在未成年人保护体系中的作用持续提升。然而,受工作理念、资源、能力等因素制约,我国妇联组织参与未成年人检察社会支持体系建设程度差距明显。妇联组织需要坚持党的领导,提高站位,整合资源,持续创新,推进检妇合作高质量发展,进一步强化未成年人保护工作。Constructing a social support system for juvenile prosecution is an effective way to achieve comprehensive protection for juveniles.Women's federations have the duty,according to the law and the constitution,to participate in the protection of juveniles.Through the establishment of a cooperative mechanism with the Supreme People's Procuratorate,the All-China Women's Federation has clarified the paths and contents for women's federations to participate in the construction of the social support system for juvenile prosecution,therefore continuously enhancing their role in the system for protection of juveniles.Due to the constraints of work philosophy,resources,capacity and other aspects,there is a significant difference in the extent of participation of women's federations across the country in the construction of the system.Women's federations need to uphold the Party's leadership,see the bigger picture,coordinate resources and constantly innovate to promote the high-quality development of Procuratorate-Women's Federation Cooperation,and to further strengthen the protection of juvenile.
