打造“韧女性”:月嫂独立女性形象建构

摘　　要：目前女性独立的研究忽略了主体意识在职业中的能动性和“妻职”的建构。研究提出“韧女性”这一概念,选取20位已婚已育的月嫂作为个案,探究月嫂如何通过该职业建构独立的女性形象。研究发现,月嫂通过走出家庭,实现女性独立意识的初醒,体现了主体选择的“坚韧”;她们主动承担起养家糊口的责任,重构家庭亲密关系,体现了金钱与情感交织的“柔韧”;她们在月嫂职业上继续拼搏,体现了女性终生奋斗、追求自我的“强韧”。三种韧性构建了月嫂“韧女性”的形象,既突破了传统性别制度对女性角色的束缚,又呼应了华夏文明的人格特质。月嫂女性形象将从事工作的坚韧、心系家庭的柔韧以及活出自我的强韧结合起来,在传统与现代之间的平衡中为女性独立找到了新的出路。Current research on women's independence has overlooked the proactivity of subjective consciousness in the workplace and the construction of the"wife's role".This study introduces the concept of"resilient women",selecting 20 married and mothering monthly nurses as case studies to explore how monthly nurses construct an image of independent women through their profession.The research finds that monthly nurses,by stepping out of the home,have awakened the consciousness of women's independence,reflecting the"resilience"of their own choices;they take on the responsibility of supporting their families,reconstructing intimate family relationships,reflecting the"flexibility"of the interplay between money and emotions;they continue to strive in their monthly nurse profession,reflecting the"strength"of women's lifelong struggle and pursuit of self.These three types of resilience build the image of monthly nurses as"resilient women",breaking through the constraints of traditional gender systems on women's roles and echoing the personality traits of Chinese civilization.This image combines the resilience of working,the flexibility of caring for the family,and the strength of living out one's self,finding a new way for women's independence in the balance between tradition and modernity.
