摘  要:为了评价硫酸头孢喹肟混悬液的体外释药速度和抑菌效果。本试验采用模拟体外机体生理平衡体系,经高效液相色谱检测分析该制剂的体内释放情况,将药物与各种细菌混合培养分析药物的杀菌、抑菌时间及效果等。结果表明:体外释药速度按照由快到慢排序:kw5>kw1>kw3>kw2>kw7>kw8>kw6>kw4。kw1杀菌速度中速,但是维持时间较长,能够在72 h仍然保持细菌不产生耐药反常。纳米技术研制的硫酸头孢喹肟混悬液具有较好的抑菌效果,可维持较长时间,建议在临床推广使用。To evaluate the in vitro release rate and antibacterial efficacy of cefquinome sulfate suspension.This study used a simulated in vitro physiological equilibrium system and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)to detect and analyze the in vivo release of the formulation.The method of mixing the drug with various bacteria and culturing them was used to analyze the bactericidal and bacteriostatic times and effects of the drug.The results showed that the in vitro release rate was ranked in the order of fastest to slowest:kw5>kw1>kw3>kw2>kw7>kw8>kw6>kw4.It was found that kw1 had a moderate bactericidal speed,but its duration was longer,and it could still prevent bacterial resistance from developing for 72 h.The results showed that cefquinome sulfate suspension has good antibacterial efficacy and can maintain its effect for a long time.Therefore,it is suggested for clinical application.
