摘 要:电化学除氯技术应用于受氯盐侵蚀的混凝土结构,以提高混凝土的耐久性。再生混凝土电化学除氯效率受多种因素的影响,研究再生混凝土的材料和外加剂、电化学参数对提高除氯效率具有重要意义。试验通过研究再生粗骨料粒径和取代率、聚丙烯纤维、减水剂、电流密度和除氯时间对再生混凝土电化学除氯效率的影响,分析除氯后残余氯离子分布,并对电化学除氯效率进行敏感性分析。结果表明:再生粗骨料粒径增大,除氯效率先增大后减小;再生粗骨料取代率、聚丙烯纤维掺比、电流密度和除氯时间增加,除氯效率增大;减水剂掺量增大,除氯效率减小。极差法和方差法的敏感性分析结果相同,且敏感性由大到小依次为除氯时间、减水剂、电流密度、再生粗骨料粒径、再生粗骨料取代率、聚丙烯纤维。Electrochemical dechlorination technology is employed to enhance the durability of rehabilitated chloridecontaminated damaged concrete structures.The efficiency of electrochemical dechlorination in recycled concrete is influenced by various factors,highlighting the importance of studying materials,additives,and electrochemical parameters.Experimental investigations were conducted to assess the impact of recycled coarse aggregate particle size and substitution rate,polypropylene fibers,water reducer,current density,and dechlorination time on the efficiency of electrochemical dechlorination in recycled concrete.Through the analysis of residual chloride ion distribution after dechlorination,a sensitivity analysis of electrochemical dechlorination efficiency was performed.The trends indicate that dechlorination efficiency initially increases and then declines with an increase in the particle size of recycled coarse aggregate.The efficiency of dechlorination is enhanced by higher rates of recycled coarse aggregate substitution,increased polypropylene fiber content,elevated current density,and extended dechlorination time,while the efficiency is diminished by increased water reducer content.Sensitivity analyses,using range and variance methods,produced consistent results,with sensitivity ranked in decreasing order as follows:dechlorination time,water reducer,current density,recycled coarse aggregate particle size,recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate,and polypropylene fibers.
