摘 要:提出一种端板连接型和一种U形-三面连接型既有混凝土梁-耗能段组合节点,可在既有混凝土梁与耗能段之间形成可靠连接。设计2个端板连接型和U形-三面连接型既有混凝土梁-耗能段组合节点试验模型,并开展往复荷载下的抗震性能研究。随后采用校正的有限元法对2种组合节点开展参数化研究,每种组合节点均包括12个考虑混凝土强度、后锚固锚栓长度和后锚固直径影响的分析模型。结果表明:试件ECBSL-1的承载力不足,节点破坏为非预期的锚栓拔起;试件ECB-SL-2的破坏模式和承载能力均与纯短剪切型耗能段相同,即节点具有足够承载能力。提高混凝土强度、后锚固锚栓长度和直径可有效增大端板连接型组合节点的承载力和位移,但改变锚固锚栓长度和直径对混凝土损伤影响较小。增大混凝土强度、后锚固锚栓长度和直径对U形-三面连接型组合节点的承载力、位移和混凝土损伤影响较小,设计时仅需采用本文建议值。Two innovative existing concrete beam-shear link(ECB-SL)composite connections with endplate anchor bolt and U-shaped three sides anchor bolt were proposed to effectively improve the seismic performance between shear link and existing concrete beam.In this paper,specimens ECB-SL-1 with endplate anchor bolt and ECB-SL-2 with U-shaped three sides anchor bolt were firstly studied by the cyclic loading tests.Finite element(FE)method was validated by comparing with the test results and then used to analyze the two composite connection specimens,while each connection contained 12 FE models to investigate the influencing factors of concrete strength,post anchorage bolt length and post anchorage bolt diameter.The test results show that the specimen ECB-SL-1 occurs the unexpected failure modes of anchor bolts tension,which cannot have enough bearing capacity.Specimen ECBSL-2 has experienced the same failure mode and bearing capacity with the pure very short shear link.Increase of the concrete strength,post anchorage bolt length and post anchorage bolt diameter in composite connection with endplate anchor bolt can effectively improve the bearing capacity and displacements,while the post anchorage bolt length and post anchorage bolt diameter have no obvious effect on the concrete damage.However,increase of the concrete strength,post anchorage bolt length and diameter has a very limited effect on the mechanical property of composite connection with U-shaped three sides anchor bolt,so it is only needs to satisfy the suggested values.
