摘  要:为降低设备维修成本及减小资源浪费,基于边界强度过程理论,提出一种可靠度约束下的风力机动态不完全预防性维修方法。利用边界强度过程描述风力机故障过程,引入役龄递减因子和故障递增因子,给出复合维修模型的故障强度;以平均维修成本最小为目标函数,利用迭代法推导出风力机动态预修间隔期和更换周期的计算公式,并给出风力机的最佳预修次数;通过工程实例进行验证,并与基于威布尔分布的模型和未考虑更换阈值的模型进行对比分析,结果表明所提方法可使风力机的平均维修成本分别降低6.7%和10.7%,寿命分别延长342 d和128 d。To reduce equipment maintenance costs and minimize the resource waste,a reliability-constrained dynamic incomplete preventive maintenance(PM)method for wind turbines is proposed based on the boundary intensity process theory.The failure process of wind turbines is described using the boundary intensity process,and the age reduction factor and failure intensity increasing factor are introduced to give the failure intensity of the composite maintenance model.By minimizing the average maintenance cost as the objective function,the calculation formulas for the dynamic PM interval and replacement cycle of wind turbines are derived using an iterative method,and the optimal number of PM for wind turbines is determined.This article has been validated through an engineering example and compared with models based on the Weibull distribution and models that do not consider replacement thresholds.The results indicate that this method can reduce the average maintenance cost of wind turbines by 6.7%and 10.7%and prolong the lifespan by 342 days and 128 days,respectively.
