摘 要:利用热重分析仪和管式炉,研究小麦秸秆与废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(WPSF)在不同混合比例、不同升温速率下的失重行为及共热解产物分布特性。结果表明:WPSF表观活化能为178.27~186.84 kJ/mol,热稳定性强。麦秆与WPSF共热解存在协同效应,尤其在质量比为1∶1时协同效应最显著,可促进麦秆挥发分析出并减少焦炭生成,且在温度较低时降低了反应活化能。共热解对液相和气相产率表现为正协同效应,对固相产率表现为负协同效应,可促进烃类气体产生,抑制含氧气体生成。温度影响共热解产物分布与协同效应的强弱,800℃时协同效应最强。随着热解温度的升高,固相产率降低,液相产率先上升后下降,烃类气体和H2占比上升,CO和CO_(2)占比下降。The weight loss behavior and distribution of co-pyrolysis products of wheat straw and waste polystyrene foam(WPSF)at different mixing ratios and heating rates were studied by thermogravimetric analyzer and tube furnace.The results show that the apparent activation energy of WPSF ranged from 178.27 kJ/mol to 186.84 kJ/mol,and the thermal stability of WPSF is strong.co-pyrolysis of wheat straw and WPSF has synergistic effect,especially when the mass ratio is 1∶1,which promotes the volatilization of wheat straw and reduces the formation of biochar,and reduces the activation energy of reaction at lower temperature.Co-pyrolysis shows positive synergistic effect on liquid and gas phase yields,but negative synergistic effect on solid phase yields,which promotes the generation of hydrocarbon gases and inhibits the generation of oxygen-containing gases.Temperature affects the distribution of co-pyrolysis products and the strength of synergistic effect,and the synergistic effect is the strongest at 800℃.With the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the solid phase yield decreases,while the liquid phase yield first increases and then decreases.The proportion of hydrocarbon gas and H2 increases,while the proportion of CO and CO_(2) decreases.
