新质生产力视角下民营经济转型升级策略研究——以漳州市木材产业为例

摘　　要：随着全球经济的深刻变革和科技的不断进步,新质生产力已成为推动经济发展的重要动力。漳州市民营企业在多个产业领域形成了显著的集聚效应和竞争优势,在地方经济中占据重要地位。文章以漳州市木材产业为例,通过对47家木材企业的调研,结合文献资料,剖析新质生产力视角下漳州市木材产业经济转型升级的必要性及存在的问题。针对漳州市木材产业经济转型升级存在技术创新能力不足、品牌建设滞后、绿色转型压力增大、产业链整合不足和人才支撑不足等问题,文章提出提高技术创新能力、加强品牌建设、加快绿色转型步伐、促进产业链整合以及加强人才队伍建设等转型升级的策略,为推动漳州市木材产业与其他民营经济产业的转型升级和可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。With the profound changes in the global economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,new quality productivity has become an important driving force for economic development.Private enterprises in Zhangzhou have formed remark-able agglomeration effects and competitive advantages in many industrial fields,occupying an important position in the local econo-my.Taking the timber industry in Zhangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the necessity and existing problems of the economic transformation and upgrading of Zhangzhou timber industry from the perspective of new quality productivity through the investigation of 47 timber enterprises and combining with the literature.The results show that there are some problems in the economic transforma-tion and upgrading of Zhangzhou timber industry from the perspective of new quality productivity,such as insufficient technological innovation ability,lagging brand building,increasing pressure of green transformation,insufficient industry consolidation and insuffi-cient talent support.This paper puts forward some transformation and upgrading strategies,such as improving technological innova-tion ability,strengthening brand building,accelerating the pace of green transformation,promoting industry consolidation,and strengthening the construction of talent team,provides reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading and sustainable de-velopment of Zhangzhou timber industry and other private economic industries.
