摘  要:铝筒是摩托车前减震器的重要零件,起到支撑车体作用的同时,还具备贮油的功能。文章采用逆向工程技术,通过截面形状优化实现铝筒的轻量化设计,提高摩托车整体性能。先通过逆向工程技术建立铝筒的高精度三维模型,然后针对铝筒的主体特征,结合制造工艺,设计3种截面形状,分别计算相应截面的惯性矩。在保持横截面积不变、弯曲强度不变两种情况下,完成铝筒结构轻量化设计。Aluminum cylinder is an important part of the motorcycle front shock absorber,which not only supports the body,but also has the function of oil storage.In this paper,the reverse engineering technology is used to realize the lightweight design of the alu-minum cylinder by optimizing the cross-section shape,and the overall performance of the motorcycle is improved.Firstly,a high-pre-cision three-dimensional model of aluminum cylinder is established by reverse engineering technology.Then,according to the main characteristics of aluminum cylinder and the manufacturing process,three sections are designed,and the moment of inertia of each section is calculated.The lightweight design of aluminum tube structure is completed under the condition of keeping the cross-sec-tional area unchanged and bending strength unchanged respectively.
