The abuse of antibiotics leads to a large amount of residual antibiotic in the soil environment, which in turn affects the food safety of crops. In this study, humus was used as a soil amendment,Shanghai green(Brassica chinensis L.)and wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)were used as experimental plants, and the amount of antibiotics absorbed by plant was used as an evaluation index to explore the effect of humus addition on the bioavailability of two antibiotics in soil through pot experiment. The results showed that compared with the control experiment, adding 1%humus and planting Shanghai green and wheat for one week reduced the bioavailability of sulfamethoxazole(SMX)in soil by 16.09%and 55.00%,respectively,and the bioavailability of oxytetracycline(OTC)by 63.64%and 6.17%,respectively.At the same time, the contents of SMX and OTC in Shanghai green decreased by 90.05%and 48.28%,respectively,and the contents of SMX and OTC in wheat decreased by 57.72%and 66.22%,respectively.It can be seen that appropriate amount of humus addition can significantly reduce the ecological and health risks of antibiotics by affecting the bioavailability of antibiotics in soil.
