核桃壳活性炭对水中硝态氮的吸附特征研究

摘  要:以核桃壳为原料制备获得活性炭吸附材质,将其应用于废水中硝态氮的吸附处理。通过优化活性炭对硝态氮吸附条件,利用等温吸附模型和吸附动力学模型评价核桃壳活性炭对模拟废水中硝态氮的吸附行为。结果表明:核桃壳活性炭的最佳吸附条件为粒径100目,投加量2g/100mL,在pH=7,35℃条件下吸附8h,对模拟废水中硝态氮的去除率最大,达到77.2%。等温吸附模型和吸附动力学模型评价结果显示,核桃壳活性炭的吸附过程为单分子层吸附,主要以化学吸附为主。研究结果可为农林废弃物制备高性能吸附材料并将其运用于废水处理工艺提供科学依据。Walnut shell was used as raw material to prepare activated carbon adsorption material,which was applied to the adsorption treatment of nitrate nitrogen in wastewater.By optimizing the adsorption conditions for nitrate nitrogen using walnut shell activated carbon,the adsorption behavior of nitrate nitrogen in simulated wastewater using walnut shell activated carbon was evaluated by isothermal adsorption model and adsorption kinetic model.The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions of walnut shell activated carbon were particle size of 100 mesh,a dosage of 2 g/100 mL,and adsorption at pH=7 and 35°C for 8 h.This condition achieved the highest removal rate of nitrate nitrogen in simulated wastewater,reaching 77.2%.The evaluation results of isothermal adsorption model and adsorption kinetics model showed that the adsorption process of walnut shell activated carbon was a mono-molecular layer adsorption,mainly chemical adsorption.The research results could provide a new scientific basis for the preparation of high-performance adsorption materials from agricultural and forestry wastes and their application in wastewater treatment processes.
