摘 要:为规范自治区重点排污单位执法监测工作,根据国家及自治区生态环境监测方案要求,对各地州市监测站开展质控抽测比对工作。结果显示:2017—2023年,全区重点排污单位质控抽测比对水、气、土、VOCs四大类74项污染物因子810项次。整体合格率从高到低依次为土壤环境93.1%、大气环境84.0%、水环境63.6%、固定污染源废气VOCs 33.1%。建议今后综合把控监测过程各个环节,提高监测和实验室分析能力,为进一步提升全区污染源监测技术水平和环境管理能力提供有效数据支撑保障。In order to regulate law enforcement monitoring of key pollution discharge units in Xinjiang,monitoring stations in prefectures and cities were randomly environmental monitoring for quality control in accordance with the requirements of the national and autonomous regions'ecological monitoring plan.The results showed that key pollution discharge units conducted quality control sampling and comparison for 74 pollutant factors,including water,gas,soil,and Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs),totaling 810 times from 2017 to 2023.The overall qualified rate from high to low was 93.1%in soil environment,84.0%in air environment,63.6%in water environment and 33.1%in VOCs from fixed pollution sources.It was suggested that the monitoring process should be controlled comprehensively in the future to improve the monitoring and laboratory analysis capabilities,and provide effective data support for further improving thepollution source monitoring technology level and environmental management capabilities in Xinjiang.
