摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,企业对文档管理的需求日益提高,RFID技术作为一种高效的自动识别技术,其在文档管理系统中的应用逐渐成为提升企业信息化管理水平的重要途径。该文全面介绍RFID技术的原理和发展现状,并深入分析企业文档管理中的核心问题与功能需求。通过构建RFID技术集成方案,探讨其在实际文档管理系统中的有效整合。案例分析进一步验证RFID技术在优化文档流转、提高检索效率和保障信息安全等方面的实际成效。该研究的结论指出,RFID技术为企业文档管理带来创新思路和实际价值,有力地推进企业管理现代化进程。With the rapid development of information technology,the demand for document management in enterprises is increasing.RFID technology,as an efficient automatic identification technology,is gradually becoming an important way to improve the level of enterprise information management in document management systems.This paper comprehensively introduces the principles and current status of RFID technology,and thoroughly analyzes the core issues and functional requirements in enterprise document management.By building RFID technology integration solutions,the effective integration of RFID technology in actual document management systems is explored.Case studies further validate the practical benefits of RFID technology in optimizing document circulation,thus improving retrieval efficiency,and ensuring information security.The conclusion of this research indicates that RFID technology brings innovative ideas and practical value to enterprise document management,effectively promoting the modernization process of enterprise management.
